Calling Profiles

The Calling Profile screen lets you manage Calling Profiles that are configured in Live Platform. System users can also attach managed SBC devices to Calling Profiles.

To attach a device:
1. In the Navigation pane, select SIP Connection. The Calling Profile tab is displayed by default.

This table below describes the parameters in this screen.

Parameter Description
Calling Profile The name of the calling profile.
Service Type Indicators

Indicators whether the following service types are enabled:

Zoom
Webex
Live CX
Live ESS (Live UC)
SBC List Name of the SBC device used to connect calls.
2. Click Add to attach an SBC device to a Calling Profile.

3. Configure profile according to the table below and then click Submit.

Name Descriptive name of the service.
UC/CS Service

Select Live Ess

Metering Type

Select one of the following values:

Users
Session by Tag
CAC

SBC List

Select an SBC device from the drop-down list.

General-Access to All

Select this option to provide unrestricted access to this profile.

LC Customer

Select the Live Platform customer to attach to the profile.

The new Calling Profile is added.
